Matterial matters. EDEN provides a comfort wearable linen fashion clothing made from genuine fabrics, including Japan linen and cotton. Merchandises are all made and sew in local Malaysia. Our fabrics are highly valuable, our labor practices ethical, and our quality consistent.

Are all the price shown in MYR?

Yes. Prices shown in our websites are all featured in MYR.
Can I arrange for self-collection for orders?

Sorry to inform that self-collection is currently unavailable at the moment. Subscribe to us for the lastest information and we'll notify you once it's available.
Unclaimed Parcel / Failed Delivery

Unclaimed Parcel - If the parcel being returned to our warehouse due to unclaimed from customer, customer has to bear for the postage charges for the second delivery. No refund allowed for the ordered item. Failed Delivery - If your parcel is not arrived more than a week, the best and quickest way to resolve your enquiry is to contact us.
How long will it takes to get my order to arrive?

It depends on where you are. Your order will be processed production typically within 1-3 days for us to process your order before delivery. Estimated delivery dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, the items you order. And in some extreme cases a day or two longer and depending on which town/state you are. KL/ Klang Valley deliveries basically we're talking 4- 6 working days. While Sabah/Sarawak, expect approximately 5- 7 days to arrive. Please provide an accurate email address and mobile number to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery.
Is international shipping available?

Non-Exchangeble Note

Please note that due to final clearance, discounted, promotional or sales items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. They are considered to be final sale. Typical exchange or refund scenarios that will not be accepted include: - If you have selected the wrong color/ size/ design item/ quality. - Damaged experienced to your item/s incurred by the wearer.
Made a mistake on my order, can I change it?"

No Cancellation Allowed but Changing Order Details. If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake with the order, please contact us within 24 hours with no exceptions.
